Terms of Service

These Terms of Service ("Terms") are a legally binding agreement between you and DunOps governing your access to and use of the DunOps platform, including dunops.com, the API, and all related services (collectively, the "Service").

By registering or using the Service you represent that you are at least 18 years old and have authority to enter into these Terms. If you use the Service on behalf of an organisation, you represent that you have authority to bind it.

DunOps is an AI-powered DevOps agent that helps you manage deployments, DNS records, and cloud infrastructure through a conversational interface. The Service integrates with third-party platforms (including GitHub, Vercel, Namecheap, and Spaceship) to execute operations on your behalf.

All mutating actions — operations that change state in connected platforms — require your explicit approval before execution. DunOps never makes changes to your infrastructure without presenting a plan and receiving confirmation.

We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any part of the Service at any time, with reasonable notice where practicable.

• You must provide a valid email address. Authentication uses one-time codes and magic links — no password is stored.
• You are responsible for all activity under your account and for maintaining session security.
• Notify us immediately at security@dunops.com if you suspect unauthorised access.
• One account per individual or organisation. Creating multiple accounts to circumvent usage limits is prohibited.

You agree not to use the Service to:

• Execute operations on infrastructure you do not own or are not authorised to manage
• Attempt to gain unauthorised access to any system, network, or data
• Circumvent, disable, or interfere with security-related features of the Service
• Transmit malware, viruses, or destructive code
• Use the Service for any unlawful purpose or in violation of applicable regulation
• Resell, sublicence, or commercially exploit the Service without written authorisation

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these restrictions without prior notice.

DunOps and its original content, features, and functionality are protected by intellectual property laws. Our name, logos, and trademarks may not be used without prior written permission.

You retain all ownership rights to your data — chat messages, credentials, and workflow configurations. By using the Service, you grant DunOps a limited, non-exclusive licence to process your data solely to provide the Service.

• Paid subscriptions are billed in advance on a monthly or annual basis.
• You may cancel at any time. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period.
• No refunds for partial billing periods, except where required by applicable law.
• Pricing changes come with at least 30 days' written notice.

You may delete your account from settings at any time. We will delete your data within 30 days of account deletion.

We may suspend or terminate your account immediately for violations of these Terms, fraudulent activity, or actions that pose a security risk. We'll notify you via email when practicable.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, DunOps shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages — including loss of profits, data, or goodwill.

Our total cumulative liability for any claims shall not exceed the greater of (a) fees paid in the 12 months preceding the claim, or (b) $100 USD.

The Service is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement.

DunOps does not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation. You are responsible for maintaining appropriate backups and for verifying the results of any agent operations before they take effect in production.

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with applicable law. Disputes arising under these Terms shall be resolved through binding arbitration, except where prohibited by applicable law.
